Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Rondo’s Pizza to ensure smooth service flow and a positive customer experience.
• Develop and apply operational practices and service standards consistent with company policies and business objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and train team members to build an efficient workforce and ensure compliance with workplace procedures.
• Prepare staff schedules, oversee daily performance, and provide guidance to maintain service consistency and productivity.
• Monitor stock levels, sales figures, and operating costs, making adjustments to pricing and procedures to support business profitability.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring all food handling, hygiene, and safety requirements are met.
• Liaise with suppliers to secure food products, packaging, and other materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Organize and oversee catering orders and coordinate arrangements for group bookings and special events held at the restaurant.

Professional Skills and Requirements

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the position or related position.
• Ability to supervise 3-4 people.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment.
