Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items for client meals and snacks in accordance with established recipes, production standards, and portioning requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in meal preparation and service by following client-specific dietary requirements, meal selections, and special instructions.
• Coordinate the setup and breakdown of food service stations to support efficient and timely meal service.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive, professional, and respectful attitude toward clients and coworkers.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of therapeutic diets and adhere to established dietary requirements.
• Perform warewashing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and food service equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following Aramark's food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Comply with Aramark's Standards of Operation, corporate policies, and Business Conduct Policy.

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in kitchen and dishroom environments with exposure to heat, steam, noise, chemicals, and other occupational hazards.
