Aramark Canada, located at Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, QC, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor for Residence Food Services. Start date is immediate with pay of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience. The role focuses on supervising dining room operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will plan staffing, oversee service quality, manage inventory and records, and collaborate with the team to maintain food safety and excellent service standards during meal periods.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or hospitality is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking.

• Perform cash reconciliation duties
• Monitor service quality and ensure guest satisfaction
• Complete production, temperature, waste, and other required records
• Prepare workstations and ingredients for service
• Participate in meal service operations
• Assist with inventory control and inventory counts
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Respond to daily operational requirements
• Perform other related duties as required

Position: Dining Room Supervisor

Location: Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC, J1M 1Z7)

Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Start Date: Immediate
