Job summary

UASU on the U of A campus seeks a Food Service Worker 2 to support the Operations Manager-Bars and assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

You will assist with food preparation, display food attractively, provide excellent service to students, staff and the public, and follow Capital Health standards. You may be required to obtain ProServe and Alberta Health Services Food Safety certification.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
• Previous experience with food inventories preferred.
• Excellent work habits, personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Good public and staff relations.
• Must be willing to obtain ProServe and Alberta Health Services Food Safety certification.
