• Work closely with store staff and management to ensure smooth sushi bar operations.
• Use Bento operations tools to update production, inventory, and other data.
• Maintain Bento customer experience standards.

Location and hours

• Metro:640 Mapleview Dr. E, Simcoe County, ON L4N0H5 | Operating Hours are Sunday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

This is a new location and we are looking to hire a team of both Full time and Part Time team members.

Responsibilities

Food Service Team Members play a key role in preparing high-quality sushi while ensuring food safety standards, tracking production, managing inventory, and collaborating with store employees in a fast-paced environment. Full training is provided; prior sushi experience is not required.

• Prepare sushi and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
