GED 12 - General Educational Development
Supervise and direct food preparation and cooking activities at the franchise pizza restaurant.
Estimate labor requirements and set up shift work schedules.
Maintain inventory and records of pizza dough, sauce, toppings, supplies, and equipment.
Estimate food requirements and calculate food and labor costs.
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Ensure that food quality and service meet quality control standards.
Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in developing policies, procedures, and budgets.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Must be a citizen or have a valid work permit.
Must currently reside in Regina.
