Job description

Food Service Supervisor. The chopped leaf. Location: 17433 56 Ave., Surrey, BC. Salary: 28.85 hourly / 40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Benefits: Health benefits. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting. Restaurant.

Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for the chef. Establish work schedules. Supervision. Staff in various areas of responsibility.
