Job summary

Pita Grill in Mississauga is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to establish work schedules and supervise 5-10 staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

You will estimate ingredients and supplies, ensure quality of food and service, address customers' complaints, maintain stock and wastage records, and prepare reports. Shifts include mornings, evenings, days and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service.
• Ability to establish and follow work schedules.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
