Responsibilities

• Greet customers, serve ice cream, make milkshakes, and assist with purchases.
• Provide information to customers and answer questions.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and store area.
• Handle cash and process payments by cash, card, or debit.
• Conduct sales transactions and manage POS as needed.
• Ensure a fast, friendly, and accurate service experience.
