Job summary

Lethbridge Polytechnic is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee campus dining operations on site. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure accurate portioning and menu quality while coordinating staff schedules to meet service demands.

Ideal candidates have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service and can work on-site at the campus in Alberta. The role emphasizes sanitation, customer service, and inventory management to maintain efficient service.
