Job summary

Lethbridge Polytechnic in Alberta is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth, safe meal preparation at our on-site location.

You will train staff, manage schedules, monitor quality, handle customer concerns, and maintain stock records to support efficient operations. This role requires 1 year to 2 years of related experience and no degree is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service supervision.
• On-site role based at the location; no remote work.
• Experience in supervising staff, coordinating duties and ensuring safety.
