Job summary

Buster's Pizza & Donair in Lethbridge, Alberta is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily food preparation and coordinate a small team on site.

You will train staff in duties, sanitation and safety procedures, estimate ingredients and supplies, and ensure food and service meet quality standards while addressing customer concerns and maintaining stock records and wastage data.
