Job summary

Popeyes-anchored Food Service Supervisor role requiring hands-on leadership to guide a fast-paced restaurant team. You will oversee service quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction while managing station tasks, breaks, and deliveries.

You will coach team members, enforce brand standards, and support LTO executions. Candidates should be able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous fast-food or supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification or knowledge of food safety and First Aid is an asset.
• Ability to work as part of a team and effectively coach employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work a rotating schedule.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks involving reaching and bending.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and food standards.
• Assign cleaning and side duties to team members.
• Supervise stations and collaborate with the Manager-In-Charge to maintain smooth operations.
• Train and coach team members, providing support for the execution of Limited Time Offers (LTO).
• Complete HAACP logs to maintain food safety standards.
• Conduct table visits to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently met and manage team member breaks.
• Receive deliveries, manage product rotation using FIFO, track and record waste, and assist in achieving team goals by leading and working alongside team members.
• Lead by example to prioritize customer satisfaction and reinforce positive behaviors in team members.
