Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Whitehorse is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and staff across shifts. The role includes scheduling, ordering supplies, training staff on sanitation and safety, and ensuring high quality food and service for customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, strong leadership, and good communication in English. This permanent, full-time position offers hourly pay from CAD 20.71 to 24.00 for 30–40 hours per week and includes

  • Language: English.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Requisition of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.

JOB DETAILS

Salary: $20.71 to $24.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year

Work setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession

Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
