Job summary

Autism Services is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will develop budgets for food, ingredients, and supplies, monitor revenues and labor costs, schedule staff, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

This role emphasizes staff performance, training, performance reviews, inventory management, and delivering excellent customer service. You will supervise 5-10 staff and participate in newcomer support and youth training

• Experience in supervising daily food service operations.

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
