Job summary

Autism Services in Regina is seeking a restaurant management professional to lead daily operations, manage budgets, recruit and schedule staff, and ensure health and safety compliance. The role includes cost control for food, beverages, and supplies, along with supplier negotiations and inventory oversight.

In addition to supervising and evaluating staff, you will participate in marketing initiatives and maintain high standards of customer service while addressing guest concerns and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
