Job summary

Autism Services is seeking a capable retail supervisor to manage daily operations, coordinate staffing, and enforce pricing and policy standards. The role involves directing staff, handling customer requests, and ensuring smooth distribution of products in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee 11-15 staff/volunteers, utilize POS and scheduling software, and work to maintain high service levels while meeting organizational goals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to determine staffing needs and assign duties effectively.
• Comfort handling customer requests, complaints and supply issues in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 11-15 staff members or volunteers.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Recruit, hire and train staff and volunteers as needed.
• Implement pricing and credit policies and ensure policy compliance.
• Resolve customer requests and issues, including shortages and complaints.
