Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet the customer, identify needs and provide advice about food content and menu choices.
• Implement best practices to merchandise and maintain food dishes and products for presentation and availability.
• Ensure food production, service and seating areas are clean, safe and organized; operate the Point-of-Sale solutions to take payments.
• Create the daily food menu from preparation and production planning, using ingredients and equipment to prepare, produce, cook and serve dishes.
• Receive, store, and replenish stock items and manage waste and inventory processes.
