Job Description :

• Take Customer’s orders,
• Set up food service, kitchen equipment and utensils
• Checks food temperature and or prepare areas for daily operation, may operate equipment as assigned
• Follows prescribed procedure in setting hot and cold food lines ,
• ice cream, yogurt, and/or ice machines,
• serve customers at counters and /or tables
• replenish stocks
• clean, wash, and maintain work areas, including floors, facility, pots, pans, service ware, utensils and equipment
• collects garbage and trash
• may receive payments for food items purchased.
