You will stock shelves, uphold health and safety standards, keep the work area clean, assist at checkout, and represent Dexterra with professionalism.

As aFood ServicesAssociate, reporting to the Market Manager, you will perform a variety of customer service based taskswithin the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm. Growth opportunities are possible for the right candidate.

Your work will include:

• Stock shelves and assume responsibilities for any job task associated with an assigned location.
• Adhere to all required health and safety regulations and procedures while preparing food including:
  • Complying with FoodSafe and/or ServeSafe standards including the recording of all time temperature sensitive food items and equipment temperatures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area
• Remain an ambassador of goodwill, ethics, and great client relations at all times on behalf of Dexterra Signature Dining.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, supporting checkout and cashier functions in the Market .
• Listens to customers (internal and external) and responds professionally to all questions and concerns, directing concerns to further levels of management as needed
