Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Food Services Associate to join Dexterra Signature Dining. The role supports customer service, food preparation, and maintaining dining areas in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 9:30pm, with opportunities for growth. Candidates should have foodservice experience, strong customer service, and may have barista experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Foodservice experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service with a can-do attitude.
• Barista experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and assume responsibilities for any job task at an assigned location.
• Comply with FoodSafe/ServeSafe standards and record time-temperature data as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Serve customers and prepare food and beverages.
• Be an ambassador of goodwill and uphold client relations for Dexterra Signature Dining.
• Assist cashier functions and respond to customer questions or concerns.

As aFood ServicesAssociate, reporting to the Account Manager, you will perform a variety of customer service based taskswithin the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 9:30pm. Growth opportunities are possible for the right candidate.

Your work will include:

• Stock shelves and assume responsibilities for any job task associated with an assigned location.
• Adhere to all required health and safety regulations and procedures while preparing food including:
  • Complying with FoodSafe and/or ServeSafe standards including the recording of all time temperature sensitive food items and equipment temperatures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area
• Responsible for serving customers and preparing food and beverageitems
• Remain an ambassador of goodwill, ethics, and great client relations at all times on behalf of Dexterra Signature Dining.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, supporting cashier functions in the store.
• Listens to customers (internal and external) and responds professionally to all questions and concerns, directing concerns to further levels of management as needed
