Dexterra Group is seeking a Food Services Associate for Dexterra Signature Dining. The role reports to the Account Manager and involves customer service, food preparation, and stock duties.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 9:30pm, with growth opportunities for the right candidate. Requirements include foodservice experience and strong customer service skills; barista and cashier experience are assets.

• Be an ambassador of goodwill and client relations for Dexterra Signature Dining
• Provide exceptional customer service and support cashier functions
• Listen to customers and address questions, escalating as needed

As aFood ServicesAssociate, reporting to the Account Manager, you will perform a variety of customer service based taskswithin the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 9:30pm. Growth opportunities are possible for the right candidate.

Your work will include:

• Stock shelves and assume responsibilities for any job task associated with an assigned location.
• Adhere to all required health and safety regulations and procedures while preparing food including:
  • Complying with FoodSafe and/or ServeSafe standards including the recording of all time temperature sensitive food items and equipment temperatures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area
• Responsible for serving customers and preparing food and beverageitems
• Remain an ambassador of goodwill, ethics, and great client relations at all times on behalf of Dexterra Signature Dining.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, supporting cashier functions in the store.
• Listens to customers (internal and external) and responds professionally to all questions and concerns, directing concerns to further levels of management as needed
