Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Part-Time Product Demonstrator in Toronto to bring brands to life through sampling and demonstrations. You will engage shoppers, present products, and create memorable experiences on weekends and select weekdays.

The role requires strong communication, prior customer service or sales experience, and reliable access to a smartphone for reporting. You must be comfortable standing for extended periods and traveling to nearby cities if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage shoppers confidently.
• Access to a smartphone with photo and internet capabilities for reporting.
• Access to own vehicle and ability to travel to nearby cities (Oakville, Burlington) if needed.
• Food Safety certification is mandatory.
• Smart Serve certification is mandatory.

Product Demonstrator (Part-Time)

Schedule

• Training: Provided before your first shift
• Typical Hours:
• Saturdays & Sundays: 11 AM – 5 PM
• Thursdays & Fridays: 1 PM – 7 PM
• Casual shifts throughout the year with advance scheduling

Compensation

• $21/hour
