Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking a Brand Ambassador for food sampling. This part-time role focuses on promoting products, sharing samples, and offering information to shoppers in a lively on-site setting.

Shifts run Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 5pm, with additional Thursday/Friday coverage as needed; open availability Thu-Sun is required. Wage is $23/hour, with a flexible casual schedule throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate key messaging.
• Ability to stand for ~6 hours during shifts.
• Set up/disassemble sampling booth; on-location storage.
• Access to a device with photo capability and internet for nightly reporting.
• Liquor Certification and Food Safety are assets.

DESCRIPTION

Brand Ambassador – Food Sampling

Product Demonstrator

If promoting the best brands to today’s shoppers sounds appealing, a position as a Brand Ambassador with us, is the place for you! We are looking for part time Product Demonstrators who will promote products, share samples and provide information to consumers.

Schedule

• Training: to be provided prior to your first day in field
• Shifts are Saturday’s & Sunday’s (11am to 5pm) - MUST be available all weekends
• Thursdays & Fridays (1pm-7pm) - as needed
• Must have open availability Thursday- Sunday

*Working with ongoing business (will have casual shifts through the year, schedule provided in advance)*

Wage

• $23/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

You know you’re a fit for this role because you:

• Love to interact with customers (If you’re very shy, this may not be the job for you)
• Think you have what it takes to have an impact on consumers purchase decisions
• Are confident in your ability to meet sampling targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours)
• Ability to set up and disassemble your sampling booth (all items are stored on location)
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet to complete your nightly reporting
• Liquor Certification is an asset
• Food Safety is an asset
