Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year prep work or food service-related experience.
• Knowledge of food prep, knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation.
• Ability to read and write to facilitate communication with others.
• Basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items using prep lists and Aramark recipes.
• Follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain rotation of food for quality and freshness.
• Manage leftovers by covering, labeling, dating, and storing.
• Keep refrigerators and work areas clean and orderly.
• Ensure stations are cleaned, sanitized, and organized at shift end.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment per food safety standards.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents.
• Complete required training.
