Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance management experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, CFIA/FDA, and food safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
