eBrandon in Brandon, Manitoba, is seeking a part-time Inventory/Operations Assistant to support the Food Bank by maintaining a FIFO warehouse system, assisting with ordering pallets, and providing guest services during monthly hamper pickups. You’ll also help front desk during lunch rush and collaborate on special projects.
This role involves forklift use and seasonal physical tasks. Flexible 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri 10:00–3:00; every second Tue and one Thu per month full days).
This position will provide support to the Food Bank, working to help document, maintain, and track inventory using the first in, first out method, and assisting with ordering pallets of food to increase inventory based on direction from the Food Bank Coordinator and/or Executive Director.This role will also provide exceptional guest services during non-delivery days to anyone entering our space to obtain their monthly hamper.This includes learning the front desk to help during the lunch rush, and working on other projects as needed.
This is a flexible part-time term position between the hours of 10:00 am ? 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, for approximately 25 hours per week.Every second Tuesday and one Thursday per month will require full days due to large deliveries. The schedule can be expected to change on a monthly basis.
