Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
2. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
3. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
4. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
5. Keep records of the quantities of food used.
6. Package take-out food.
7. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
8. Take customers' orders.
9. Clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
10. Handle and store cleaning products.
11. Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
12. Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
13. Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
