Job summary

Tim Hortons Québec is hiring for a permanent position in a busy coffee shop environment. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare simple foods, and keep dining areas clean and well‑stocked. Training is provided, and the role focuses on reliability, teamwork, and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' orders at the counter and via the cash register.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items for service.
• Clean, sanitize and stock work areas and equipment.
• Replenish condiments and supplies for tables and serving areas.
• Package take‑out food and ensure order accuracy.
• Load buspans, trays and keep dining areas tidy.
• Receive, store and rotate supplies in refrigeration and storage areas.
• Maintain a friendly, customer‑focused service attitude.

Tasks

• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Load buspans and trays
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Package take-out food
• Portion and wrap foods
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Take customers' orders
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
• Handle and store cleaning products
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Operate cash register
