Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an associate to assist in leading Food and Consumables areas, respond to inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training. You’ll help ensure customer service excellence and complete tasks efficiently on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, merchandising, team communication, scheduling reviews, and supporting recruitment. The minimum starting pay is $21.85 per hour, with opportunities to learn and grow within the store partnership.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, promote products/services, help locate merchandise and support purchase decisions.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks with the Food & Consumables Coach and Store Management.
• Monitor department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Assist with scheduling review and coverage, and support recruitment of associates.
