Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Sky Bistro in Banff. This full-time role supports front-of-house operations, coaches staff, and coordinates F&B orders and inventories. You will ensure transaction accuracy and guest satisfaction while working in a high-altitude environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in high-volume operations and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in indoor/outdoor environments at altitude; weather readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and coaching to front of house team for a professional F&B experience.
• Participate in daily F&B operations including scheduling, recognition, and performance management.
• Coordinate F&B orders and inventory with the F&B Manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit, and credit transactions and daily cash reports.
• Address service-related issues, listen to guest concerns, and resolve escalations.
