Pursuit in Canada is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team in a high-altitude resort setting. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure guest-focused service while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will oversee daily operations, cash handling, inventory control and collaboration with the F&B Manager to deliver a memorable guest experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a high altitude, with all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience.
• Coordinate scheduling, recognition and performance management duties.
• Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions; prepare daily cash reports.
• Act as the direct line of support in handling service-related issues, listening to guest concerns and resolving them.
• Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
