Best Western Plus Valemount, a Vantage Hotels property, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead breakfast operations and support dinner and event service. You’ll collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop your team and drive guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will bring hospitality leadership, guest-service excellence, and a commitment to safety. This role offers leadership growth in a mountain resort setting with staff housing and seasonal bonuses.

Formación

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, retail, or customer service environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Food safety knowledge and best practices.
• Food Safe Certification and Serving It Right (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team.

This role primarily oversees our breakfast operation while providing leadership support for dinner service, banquets, events, and special functions throughout the year.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to create exceptional guest experiences, develop your team, and help drive the success of our Food & Beverage operations.
