Best Western Plus Valemount Inn & Suites is seeking a motivated Cook to join The Summit Grill team in Valemount, BC. You’ll create quality meals for guests and collaborate closely with a friendly, energetic kitchen crew.

Whether you have kitchen experience or are eager to develop your culinary skills, bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic. You’ll contribute to breakfast, lunch, and dinner service while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation for daily service.
• Maintain proper food handling and food safety standards.
• Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service as required.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Assist with dishwashing when required.
• Support sanitation and cleaning procedures throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with kitchen organization and storage areas.
• Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen and restaurant team members.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, menu offerings, and guest satisfaction.

The Summit Grill at Best Western Plus Valemount is looking for a Cook who is passionate about food, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in creating quality meals for guests.
