Overview

The Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager who is a hands-on leader and is responsible for the restaurant service, sales and profit objectives. Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, the Senior Restaurant Manager will focus on food & beverage promotions, seasonal promotions, events, service execution, consistency, hiring, training and building a strong customer loyalty and ensuring that guests have an amazing memorable experience. The Pier Hotel at the Pier just steps away from Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus Terminal in North Vancouver Historic Shipyard area of North Vancouver.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior manager role managing the day to day operations, scheduling, hiring, coaching, discipline, service up sell training
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef and head office to promote and market the restaurant, food and beverage features and event space bookings
  • Proficient in Micros POS, MS office, OpenTable
  • Must have passion for the hospitality industry and guest services
  • Excellent leadership, train the trainer, table touching, sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to hold oneself and others accountable
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on a consistent basis
  • Proven communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
  • Strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
  • Wine knowledge is an asset

Salary: Starting From $80, per year, based on experience.
