  • Oversee quality assurance, sanitation practices, food safety compliance, and proper maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain supplier and sponsor relationships and ensure inventory and procurement needs are met.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as food sales, labour costs, and guest traffic to support strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Ensure full compliance with public health, occupational health and safety, and environmental regulations and policies.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple food and beverage outlets and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to guest and client concerns.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast revenues, and implement cost control strategies.
  • A commitment to safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Food Service Management, or a related field (2-year minimum) from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive supervisory experience in food service operations, including managing multiple outlets within a large public venue.
