Position Details

• Location: Ampersand27, Varscona Hotel

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the Food and Beverage team to ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service at various outlets including banquet spaces, hospitality suites, Metterra Lounge, and Ampersand27 restaurant.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, create cocktails, oversee service and event breakdowns, and provide customer guidance.
• Ensure smooth operation of all food and beverage outlets and events, working closely with guests and staff throughout your shift.
