Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will work with and assist in the supervision of our Food and Beverage team to ensure our guests are comfortable by providing exceptional and memorable service whether it be in one of our banquet events spaces, our morning hospitality suites, Metterra Lounge or Ampersand27 restaurant.

You may take orders, serve food and beverages, create cocktails, oversee the service and break-down of functions, answer questions and provide direction.

Ultimately, you will work with guests and associates throughout your day to ensure the operation of all food and beverage outlets or events run smoothly.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, including banquets required.
