Job Bank in Woodbridge, ON is seeking a food and beverage processing foreman/woman for a permanent full-time role at the client’s plant. The position requires 1–2 years of experience and hands-on supervision of 3–4 staff in a cold/refrigerated food processing facility.

You will train workers in safety procedures, minimize hazards, prepare production reports, and coordinate with other teams to meet schedules. The role is on-site with CAD$36 per hour and 30–44 hours weekly.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing.
  • Experience supervising 3–4 workers.
  • Ability to work at the physical workplace; no remote option.
  • Secondary school graduation required.

  • Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
