Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is hiring Sales Associates to provide fast, friendly service and help customers find solutions for their projects. You will develop product knowledge and greet, engage, and thank customers within your department while assisting with adjacent areas.

You will promote services such as Tool Rental and Pro Desk, ask open questions to determine needs, and keep shelves stocked while upholding safety standards. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or trade experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively assisting customers and assessing their needs.
• Promote store services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services and how to recommend them.
• Execute daily stock maintenance: products signed, displayed, and kept clean.
• Maintain knowledge of department products and proactively learn more about adjacent areas.
