Job summary

Norm's Wood Flooring is a local floor installation and restoration business serving the Ottawa area for over 35 years. We are seeking a reliable Floor Installer to join our team and help us continue delivering quality service to our customers.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with wage based on experience and training available for the right candidate. Candidate should be willing to learn, able to stand, kneel, bend, and lift 50+ lbs, and have WHMIS; First Aid is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor installation preferred; basic labourer experience with willingness to learn considered.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend and lift 50+ lbs.
• WHMIS required; First Aid considered an asset
• Safety shoes and hard hat required
• Valid driver''s license and clean driver''s abstract preferred
• Must be able to independently travel to job sites when required
• May be required to pick up and deliver flooring from locations in Ottawa
• Majority of work is located in the Ottawa area
• Transportation to job sites is typically provided in a company vehicle
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Requirements
