Job summary

Developmental Disabilities Association (DDA) in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Float Community Support Worker to empower adults with diverse abilities through onsite and community activities, focusing on social, emotional, and daily living skills.

You will implement individualized plans, lead engaging programs, support activities of daily living, and work across six sites in Richmond and Vancouver, in a welcoming, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in area directly related to Social Services, Human Services, Education or Therapeutic Recreation.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with social, emotional, physical, vocational, recreational and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized client service plans.
• Lead and participate in engaging, person-centered programs.
