Job summary

PAL Aviation Services, based at our St. John’s, NL base, is seeking a part-time Flight Service Coordinator to support front-line operations with customers and staff. You will greet clients, handle calls, coordinate services, and manage administrative tasks integral to daily aviation services.

This role offers exposure to a variety of airline and ground-handling activities, with flexible hours and a team-oriented environment at a long-standing Atlantic Canada operator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and transfer calls.
• Operate VHF radio to communicate with staff.
• Arrange accommodations, transportation, catering, and services on request.
• Operate a POS machine and process transactions.
• Prepare and write up contract services when needed.
• Handle cash collected during shifts and ensure accuracy.
• Perform data entry, photocopying, filing, and update customer files.
• Complete fuel slips and refueling paperwork.
• Conduct security screening and briefings as required.
• Escort passengers to aircraft and perform related duties.

PAL Aviation Services is currently seeking a part-time FlightService Coordinatorto be located at our base in St. John’s,NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, answeringphones, and transferring calls
• Operation of VHF radio tocommunicate with other employees
• Arranging accommodations,transportation, catering, and any other services requested
• Operating a POS machine
• Writing up contract services whennecessary
• Receiving and assumingresponsibility for any cash collected during a shift
• Administrative duties includingdata entry, processing, photocopying, filing, and updating customer informationfiles
• Completion of fuel slips andrefueling paperwork
• Security screening and briefing
• Walking passengers to aircraft
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer serviceexperience in a fast-paced environment
