Job summary

PAL Airlines in St. John's, NL, is seeking a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator. You will conduct and schedule in-flight inspections, train Flight Attendants, and coordinate changes with the Cabin Safety Department.

The successful candidate will maintain currency as an online flight attendant and fly as required to audit and ensure service standards. Minimum two years as a flight attendant; English fluency is essential, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as a flight attendant.
• Fluent in English; French would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and schedule in-flight inspections.
• Train Flight Attendants in accordance with approved training program.
• Prepare changes to in-flight service/training program and coordinate with Cabin Safety Department.
• Oversight and maintenance of documents required on the C-EFBs.
• Monitor online training courses and ensure completion.
• Develop training materials in line with Company Training Standard.
• Develop strategies for process improvements in training.
• Travel as required for training assignments.
• Conduct audits for cabin safety.

PAL Airlines is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator to join our team in St. John's, NL .

In the role of Flight Attendant Training Coordinato r, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct and schedule in-flight inspections
• Train Flight Attendants in accordance with approved training program
• Prepare changes to in-flight service/training program and coordinate changes with the Cabin Safety Department
• Oversight and maintenance of documents required on the C-EFBs
• Monitor on-line training courses to ensure courses are issued and completed
• Implementation and development of training manuals
• Develop training materials in accordance with the Company Training Standard
• Monitor and bring forth improvements to be made in training processes to management; develop strategies for process improvement
• Travel as required for training assignments
• Conduct audits for cabin safety
• Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will be required to maintain currency as an on-line flight attendant and fly as required to audit and ensure service standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years experience as a flight attendant
• Fluent in both English and French would be considered an asset
