Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is seeking Substitute Special Education Paraprofessionals to support Lakes Country Academy in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. This role focuses on assisting K–12 students with ASD and EBD, providing structured routines and social skills instruction within a Setting IV program to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One of: 60+ postsecondary credits; Associate's degree; Passing score on Paraeducator or ParaPro exam.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff in a structured, supportive environment.
• Step in as needed to ensure smooth daily learning for students.
