• Experience with one-on-one and small group support in classrooms.
• Ability to build relationships with students requiring patience and flexibility.
• Experience with students with autism and complex behaviours.
• Experience collaborating with Learning Support Team.
• Experience with First Nations cultures.
• Physical stamina to work with students with complex needs.
• Certification as Educational Assistant and/or Health Care Aide preferred.
• NVCI or SIVA training is an asset.
