Job summary

Inn on the Twenty is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join a growing team at Vintage Hotels’ Inn on the Twenty property in Jordan Station, Ontario. You will deliver high-quality massage services to guests, uphold CMTO guidelines, and contribute to a premium spa experience.

Applicants should have a college diploma in massage therapy, CMTO registration, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• College Diploma from a (minimum) 2-year massage therapy program.
• Registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• First Aid Training is an asset.
• CPR Training is an asset.
• Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest with exceptional service and professionalism.
• Meet established up-selling and sales goals.
• Maintain sanitation per Public Health guidelines and CMTO standards.
• Work as a team with spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote retail products and meet sales quotas through guest education.
