• Attend lectures and accurately capture spoken content in real time using a laptop.

• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Work flexible hours that align with course schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Assist proctoring tests and examinations in the SAS Test Centre as required.
• Attend training and communicate regularly with the supervisor.
