Qualifications

• HSW certificate or equivalent credential.

• 2 supervisory references.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per care plan to meet client comfort and safety.
• Provide provincial scope tasks for PSW (bathing, feeding, mobility, basic wound care).
• Observe and document client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and data confidentiality.
