Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian regulations is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route and check shipments for conformance.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a neat appearance.
• Accurate reporting of stop counts and missorts; use dispatch systems for data input.
• Label shipments correctly and ensure neat, accurate paperwork.
• Seek additional business from current customers and inform sales of leads.
• Operate safely and in compliance with regulations; assist with loading/unloading if needed.
